Friday Social/Dinner:
We are hosting a social in the dojo immediately after the Friday session ends. We are offering a family-style Chinese meal for anyone who pre-orders before Wednesday, Sept. 30. There will be a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options. We will supply some drinks. You are welcome to bring your own (non-alcoholic) drinks. BMAI is an alcohol-free dojo. You are more than welcome to bring your own food to the dinner, if you prefer. Mostly, we hope you will stay and hang out!
The cost for the meal is $25, which can be added to your seminar fees at checkout. Would you like to pre-order the meal?

Release of Liability
THIS AGREEMENT is made between , (hereinafter referred to as Participant), Tim Magill and Ola Korasik (hereinafter referred to as Instructors), Aikido of Eugene (hereinafter referred to as Sponsor), and Best Martial Arts Institute (hereinafter referred to as Host).
The parties acknowledge, agree, and understand as follows:
1. That Instructors, Sponsor, and Host advise Participant to consult a physician before Participant engages in Aikido training;
2.That Participant hereby assumes all risk of personal injury or illness that may be incurred by Participant while attending, traveling to or from, and/or participating in Aikido of Eugene or Best Martial Arts Institute activities; that Participant, acting alone or for heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, does hereby release Instructors, Host, Sponsor, property owner, manager, landlord, officers, agents, and employees of Best Martial Arts Institute and Aikido of Eugene from all liability including claims and suits at law or equity from any injury or illness whether permanent, fatal, or otherwise, that may result, directly or indirectly, from traveling to, participating in, or returning from said activities;
3.That Participant hereby assumes all risk of loss or damage to personal property of Participant that may be brought to or left at Best Martial Arts Institute; that Participant, acting alone or for heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, does hereby release Instructors, Host, Sponsor, property owner, manager, landlord, officers, agents, and employees of Best Martial Arts Institute and Aikido of Eugene from all liability, including claims or suits at law or equity that may result from damage of theft of property of Participant while such property is at Best Martial Arts Institute.
4.That Participant shall indemnify and hold Instructors, Host, and Sponsor, harmless from all claims, actions, suits, liability, loss, expense, or damage of every kind and description, including investigation costs, court costs, and attorney fees, that may accrue to or be suffered or claimed by any person or persons, arising from unsupervised and unauthorized use by Participant of those martial arts skills learned through association with Best Martial Arts Institute and Aikido of Eugene;
and
5.That Instructors retain the right to terminate instruction of Participant, if Instructors consider the attitude of Participant to be unsuitable to continue in Aikido training at or be associated with Best Martial Arts Institute or Aikido of Eugene; that, in such an instance, any money paid by Participant for the seminar in which termination occurs shall be refunded on a percentage basis, determined by the time remaining in the seminar.
