Class Details
- Boys and girls ages 7-12 years old.
- New students may join the class at any time.
- A uniform (gi) is the only required equipment (available at BMAI).
- Trial students should come 10-15 minutes early to be fitted with a loaner judo uniform.
- Females should wear a white t-shirt under the uniform.
- Practice is done barefoot on mats.
