Class Description
- Open to students from beginner to black belt, ages 13 – adult.
- New students may join at any time.
- We can supply a loaner judo uniform for your trial week.
- A white or blue judo uniform (gi) is required upon joining (available at BMAI).
- Females must wear a white undershirt.
- Practice is done barefoot on mats.
